Visual Identity for Factory Six03
A character driven creative office project rooted in Dallas’ historic West End.
I created a visual direction that balanced the building’s 1903 industrial heritage with a modern, investor focused presentation, using texture, history, and urban energy to position the asset as a standout office opportunity in the market.
This was used for a 70 page, long form book that was presented to potential investors.
The Process
-

01. Discovery & Positioning
I always start with understanding the story behind the property or brand. I dig into the history, architecture, market positioning, and competitive landscape to identify what makes it distinct and worth remembering.
This phase helps establish the foundation for the visual direction and overall narrative.
-

02. Visual Strategy
Once the positioning is defined, I translate those ideas into a cohesive visual language. I explore typography, color, imagery, layout systems, and graphic elements that reinforce the personality and tone of the project.
The goal is to create a design system that feels intentional, elevated, and emotionally engaging.
-

03. Design & Storytelling
With the visual direction established, I begin building out the experience across each page and touchpoint. I focus on balancing strategy with aesthetics, ensuring the design not only looks compelling, but also supports the story being told.
Every detail is considered to create a memorable and marketable presentation.
-

04. Refinement & Collaboration
Design is an iterative process that evolves through collaboration and feedback. I work closely with my teams and stakeholders to refine the work while maintaining a strong creative vision.
This stage is about elevating the final product and ensuring every piece feels cohesive, polished, and purposeful.
